Why Correct the Photos?

Present Your Seller's Home the Way It Should Be Presented

How often does a property you visit not look like the photos your client saw on the MLS? If you are like Vince Padilla, the owner of ProperFocus and a former realtor, the answer is "often," and that can be a problem for your sellers.

Careful image editing can greatly improve the quality of a photograph, which can help sell property faster and for the price the sellers want. ProperFocus corrects every photo it takes for color, white balance, exposure, perspective, contrast, and sharpness. Why? Because better photography attracts more and better buyers. And we all know that getting the prospective buyer into the property is the hardest, but most important step in selling a property.

In addition to these basic (but crucial) photographic corrections, ProperFocus can digitally remove objects such as garbage cans, furniture, cars, etc. We can make other changes, including digitally "watering" the lawn (see below). We are happy to make these changes, or others that you or your sellers request, as long as doing so does not fundamentally alter the character of the property (which would be unethical). See the Investment page for editing charges.
